Central to Attodash Speed Centre coaching Methodology is "The Preparation Model on our home page". The Preparation Model depicts the 6 high level activities, (A) Resources, (B) Design Workout Plan, (C) Evaluate Plan, (D) Implementation, (E) Evaluate Implementation, (F) Prepare Next Season, needed to effectively plan an athletes annual program to achieve the set goals. These high level activities must follow after a Vision, Mission and Goal have been discussed and agreed with between Athlete and Coach.
We Coach Sprint and Middle Distance training groups; spanning Youth, Junior, Senior and Master age groups at different fitness levels. We also provide Coaching and Support for Road Running events. If you want to enroll or need additional information "Contact us".
